Preparing Your Order
Every genuine leather bag, natural stone jewelry piece and care item is prepared and packed carefully at our Bartın operations center. Orders, including any promotional gifts supplied with them, are dispatched within two business days.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within Türkiye are shipped free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo. Once an order leaves our Bartın center, a tracking number is sent to the contact details registered with the order so its progress can be followed.
International Delivery
We ship internationally using established carriers including UPS, DHL and FedEx. The delivery option is selected according to destination, speed and cost. Available charges and delivery details are shown for the destination so international delivery remains transparent.
